The
Frantoio Iannuzzi is in Roscigno, a little town near Salerno, situated at approximately 600 metres above sea level, in the hearth of Cilento's National Park.
Olive has always been the symbol of light, food, warmth and protection and our growing systems do not include the use of parasiticides or chemical products.So, our oil is a natural product without any trace of
pesticides.
In the Frantoio Iannuzzi every phase of the
oil's creation is severely checked: from the olives' transformation up to the storing and manufacturing of the final
product. All this is made to offer the highest qualitative level constant in time.
Iannuzzi's extra virgin oil has its birth in a careful selection of the best olive
varieties. It is made from olives of the better types
(such as Rotondella, Frantoio, Coratina and
Ogliarola) which, after being picked by
hand, are treated with traditional methods such as the stone pressing and the cold
crushing, in order to create the most famous product of mediterranean
diet.
