The extra virgin oil is surely the most typical element of mediterranean diet, it is also the one with the highest quality and preciosity. The Frantoio Iannuzzi has produced for generations only the best extra virgin oil with a low rate of acidity. This happens because the olives come only from trees grown in the Cilento's National Park and they are not submitted to any kind of unnatural treatment through all the process of ripening and extraction. This last phase is made with "cold" natural methods which preserve the oil from the loss of polyphenol, vitamines and all the other elements that characterize the high quality of the oil.
In order to leave to the product all the nutritiuos qualities of one of the healthiest and most appreciated natural food, the extra virgin oil is not submitted to any kind of adulteration for the commercialization.
